I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 20 years' experience. Along the way, I've become a Precision Nutrition Master Coach, trained through the Heroic Coaching programme, and qualified as a Master Practitioner in NLP.
I've spent a lifetime learning and mastering the psychology of high performance — not from a textbook, but in the arena.
As father to a 20-Time World Champion, I've watched, up close, what it actually takes to compete at the highest level: not just skill, but the ability to stay calm under pressure, bounce back from setbacks, and believe in yourself when it matters most.
That's the mindset I now help young athletes build, so they can walk into competition with the same confidence, focus, and resilience — whatever the scoreboard says.

My path into coaching wasn't straightforward. After leaving school, I began studying Engineering before joining the Armed Forces.
Following a serious injury, I was medically discharged and had to rebuild my life and find a new direction.
That experience taught me powerful lessons about resilience, mindset and adapting when life doesn't go to plan.
Over the years I developed my expertise in:
Personal Training
Nutrition Coaching
Stress and Sleep Coaching
Behaviour Change
NLP (Neuro
High Performance Habits
Mindset Coaching
While these disciplines all helped people improve their lives, one experience changed everything. My son's sporting journey.
Like many parents, I wanted to support my child in pursuing something he loved.
What started as simple martial arts lessons soon became a journey that taught both of us valuable lessons about confidence, discipline, resilience and character.
Along the way I developed and tested the skills and I now teach.
Seeing first-hand how many young athletes struggle with their minds and how it affects their performance.
I've also seen first hand how developing these skills can completely change an athlete's experience and performance.
Over time, Tyler developed into one of Britain's most successful young martial artists.
Today he is a 20-Time World Champion and Team England / GB athlete
More importantly, he continues to develop the character, discipline and resilience that sport can teach.
While being an amazing role model.
We can all learn how to deal with:
Competition nerves
Fear of failure
Self-doubt
Confidence issues
Emotional highs and lows
Handling setbacks
Learning how to deal with these issues not only helps performance on the competition field
but will help them for the rest of their lives.

Champion Mindset Coaching was created because I realised that many young athletes don't need more technical coaching.
They already have talented coaches.
What they often need is support with the mental side of sport.
The ability to:
Believe in themselves
Handle pressure
Stay motivated
Learn from mistakes
Develop resilience
Build positive habits
These skills don't just improve sporting performance.
They help young people throughout their lives.
That is why every programme is designed to develop both the athlete and the person.
Many mindset programmes focus only on positive thinking.
Champion Mindset Coaching takes a wider approach.
Athletes learn how to improve:
Believing in themselves under pressure.
Recovering from setbacks and mistakes.
Habits
Building consistency and discipline.
Developing routines that support success.
Character
Growing as an athlete and as a person.
Over the years I have worked across coaching, fitness, behaviour change and personal development.
Experience includes:
Heroic Coach Certification
NLP Master Practitioner Training
Personal Training L3
Nutrition Coaching
Sleep Coaching
Behaviour Change Coaching
Martial Arts Coaching
Parent of a 20-Time World Champion Athlete

While qualifications matter, real-world experience matters too.
Everything taught within Champion Mindset Coaching has been tested in real situations with real athletes and families.
I believe every young athlete deserves the opportunity to:
Enjoy their sport
Believe in themselves
Learn from setbacks
Develop resilience
Build confidence
Reach their potential
Winning is great. But confidence, resilience, discipline and character
will serve them long after sport ends.
That is the true goal of Champion Mindset Coaching.
Whether your child struggles with confidence, nerves, resilience or pressure, the right mindset skills can make a huge difference.
Let's talk about where they are now and how we can help them move forward.
