TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of coaching services,

programmes, courses, resources and related products provided by Champion Mindset ("Champion Mindset", "we", "our", "us").

By purchasing, booking, accessing or participating in any Champion Mindset service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If the participant is under 18 years of age, these Terms and Conditions must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian.

2. OUR SERVICES

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of coaching services,

programmes, courses, resources and related products provided by Champion Mindset ("Champion Mindset", "we", "our", "us").

By purchasing, booking, accessing or participating in any Champion Mindset service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If the participant is under 18 years of age, these Terms and Conditions must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian.

  • One-to-one coaching

  • Group coaching

  • Online coaching

  • Parent coaching

  • Workshops

  • Courses

  • Digital resources

  • Membership programmes

  • Downloadable materials

Services may include:

  • Confidence

  • Resilience

  • Discipline

  • Focus

  • Emotional control

  • Competition preparation

  • Positive performance habits

  • Personal development

All services are educational in nature.

Champion Mindset does not provide medical, psychological, counselling, psychotherapy or healthcare services.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Where coaching services involve a participant under the age of 18:

  • The service must be purchased by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Parental consent must be provided before coaching begins.

  • The parent or guardian remains responsible for the participant throughout the coaching relationship.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where safeguarding requirements are not met.

4. PAYMENT

Payment must be made in full before coaching services commence unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Where a payment plan is offered:

  • Payments must be made on time.

  • Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services.

  • Outstanding balances remain payable.

Champion Mindset reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

Price changes will not affect services already purchased.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Clients may reschedule a coaching session by providing at least 48 hours' notice.

Each booked session may be rescheduled once.

Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be treated as a missed session.

If a participant fails to attend a scheduled session without notice:

  • The session will be forfeited.

  • No refund will be provided.

Champion Mindset reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies or circumstances beyond our control.

6. REFUNDS

Due to the nature of coaching services and digital content:

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Completed coaching sessions

  • Missed appointments

  • Downloaded resources

  • Accessed digital products

  • Accessed online courses

  • Membership periods already commenced

Any discretionary refund remains entirely at the discretion of Champion Mindset.

7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Champion Mindset makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Competition results

  • Sporting achievements

  • Selection decisions

  • Rankings

  • Medals

  • Performance outcomes

Results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including:

  • Effort

  • Consistency

  • Application

  • Training environment

  • Physical preparation

  • Coaching support

  • Competition circumstances

Individual results will vary.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants and parents agree to:

  • Attend sessions punctually.

  • Engage respectfully.

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Follow safeguarding requirements.

  • Take responsibility for implementing coaching advice.

Champion Mindset cannot be held responsible where recommendations are not followed or implemented.

9. PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT

For participants under 18 years old:

  • Parent or guardian consent is required.

  • A parent or guardian must remain contactable during live coaching sessions.

  • Champion Mindset may require parental attendance where appropriate.

Parents remain responsible for decisions affecting their child.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided by Champion Mindset remain the intellectual property of Champion Mindset.

This includes:

  • Workbooks

  • PDFs

  • Videos

  • Courses

  • Coaching systems

  • Worksheets

  • Downloads

  • Website content

Materials may not be:

  • Copied

  • Shared

  • Resold

  • Distributed

  • Reproduced

Without prior written permission.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

Champion Mindset will treat client information confidentially except where:

  • Disclosure is required by law.

  • There is a safeguarding concern.

  • There is a risk of harm to the participant or another person.

Parents acknowledge that safeguarding obligations take precedence over confidentiality where necessary.

12. TESTIMONIALS AND MEDIA

Champion Mindset may request permission to use:

  • Testimonials

  • Reviews

  • Success stories

  • Photographs

  • Videos

Separate consent will always be obtained before publication.

Permission may be withdrawn at any time, subject to reasonable practical limitations.

13. SAFEGUARDING

Champion Mindset is committed to maintaining a safe environment for young people.

Any safeguarding concerns may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Termination of services

  • Referral to appropriate authorities where required

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champion Mindset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from participation in our services.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

15. TERMINATION

Champion Mindset reserves the right to terminate services immediately where:

  • Behaviour is abusive.

  • Safeguarding requirements are breached.

  • Payments remain outstanding.

  • The coaching relationship becomes unworkable.

No refund shall be due where termination results from a breach of these Terms.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
